Margaret Pratt (Bsc. Hons)
CEO
Margaret Pratt is the CEO and founder of Leoverum Developments, bringing together over two decades of leadership experience and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. After more than 20 years in the NHS, working on the frontline and in senior management roles, Margaret transitioned her skills into property, where she has been actively investing for over a decade as a buy-to-let landlord. Through delivering extensive refurbishments, she developed a deep understanding of how to unlock value from existing buildings and recognised a clear opportunity to scale into development.

Jonathan Woodcock (Bsc Hons. PgDip)
Architect
With a long and distinguished career, Jonathan qualified as an architect in 1993 and worked for a number of large-scale international architectural practices. In 2004 he set up his own practice to work for homeowners in central and SW London to provide architectural services for house refurbishments, extensions and new build homes. Alongside his architectural practice , Jonathan has been involved in and collaborated on a number of property developments of varying scale.

Colin Smith
Planning Consultant
Colin is a highly experienced planning consultant and has over 20 years within the industry. He has been involved with hundreds of planning applications and has used his knowledge and expertise to solve many difficult issues faced by previous clients . He is well known for finding unique solutions and oversees the design process, liaises with Local Authorities and obtains the necessary approvals.
